Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8610

My blue wireless light is blinking and my printer will not connect to my router. The IP says not connected. I have downloaded the hp printer setup software and It did not fix my problem. I also chatted with a virtual agent who referred me to 123.hp.com, which also did not fix my problem.  My printer is only showing one of my SSIDs and continues to say the WPA security pass phrase is incorrect. Which is not true, as I am connected to the WiFi on my phone and laptop just fine. PLEASE HELP
