The printer keeps saying we have a printer jam. However we have taken the machine apart several times both front and back. We see no sign of paper left any where. We are not sure how to fix. Or if it is worth taking it some place to look at.  Suggestions and feedback would be great.

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Photosmart 7525 printer. I understand that you prints appear faint, and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting.

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,

  • Turn the All-in-One off and on again.
  • Clear the jam from the All-in-One.
  • Make sure that the carriage can move freely.
  • Clean the paper rollers.
  • Reset the All-in-One.

Click here to refer the document and perform troubleshooting steps mentioned above to fix this issue.

Let me know how it goes.

I hope it helps and if you feel I have answered your question and concerns,

Please mark this post as a solution accepted and Kudos would also be appreciated.

Cheers.
