I'm not able to print, although I have installed all new HP ink cartridges, run diagnostics, and used the HP Print & Scan Doctor.  The Print Quality Diagnostic page shows no black ink in the left column of the page.  I tried to align the printheads after installing new cartridges -- the page that came out to use as a test will not scan.  It stops after a few seconds and aborts the task.  I would welcome suggestions on how to fix this.  Others in this forum appear to have had a similar problem (no black ink printing), but I have tried all the suggested solutions, it seems.  Thanks!
