Hello,

My problem is that the drivers of my HP Scanjet 5370 c/5300C are not compatible with the Windows 7 operating system on my laptop. Who has a solution for me?

Best regards

Bernardus

Hello Bernardus,

There are no drivers for the Scanjet 5300c or 5370c for Windows 7. You might be able to use a third-party application to get basic scanning functions though. Have a look at this document for some ideas:

Kind regards,
