Thanks for the post and sorry for the delayed response! Good background information also. So, since it is printing everything else, we can rule out a hardware issue. Which software are you printing these envelopes from? MS Word? Check this from the HP Forums. Good Luck and Hat Tip to ERH1954!
Click the "Options" button in the Envelopes and Labels print window, click the "Printing Options" tab, and under "Feed from" select "Auto Select" from the drop down menu.
