How do I stop getting a fax confirmation report everytime I fax something on my HP Color LaserJet MFP M277dw. How do I turn it off

Thanks for participating in the forums! I see you would like to turn off the printed fax confirmation. I would be happy to help you. 

 

Touch the Fax icon on the printer's display.

Select Fax Menu.

Touch Fax Report.

Select Fax Confirmation.

Then you have the option to select the following:

  • On every fax.
  • On send only.
  • On receive fax only.
  • Never.

Just select Never.
