Solved!

Getting rid of a document in queue

HP Recommended

Innocent question I can't get rid of a document it is stuck on 'deleting' and therefore won't print anything else.

1. If the Jobs are of ePrint.

2. Do the Printer restart.

3. Cancel the job on Printer Panel if Persist.

4. If problem not solved, Uograde the Printer Firmware.

5. This kind of issue happens if the device does not have upgraded Firmware

You can do the following:

Type cmd in the "Search programs and files" to open a cmd box.

Type:

net stop spooler

That should clear out anything in the print queue

Once the print job is removed.

Then, type:

net start spooler

I am an HP employee.

Excellent.  I am glad it is sorted.

Happy Printing.

I have incorporated @northwesterner's net stop / start into the Dragon doc.  Smiling.
