Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hello 

 

Hopefully someone can help. I purchased the above printer as it was labelled in the shop and i also checked online that it had duplex printing.

 

is this the case? is it manual or automatic? 

 

i saw sone other threads and i downloaded one of the softwares and Apple will not allow me to download. 

 

Also I have tried the odd page thing and there is no where on the print page for me to change this. 

 

Will i forever just have to print on single pages????

Hi,

 

I can't find any word "duplex" on its specs, but the whole series of Deskjet 36xx printers can do MANUAL duplex printing. Please use the following instructions:

Ah thank you for getting back to me. I have checked the link you have posted and that window does not come up when using my Mac.
Is there a different one, I can always post a picture of what I see when I next use my computer.
