HP Envy 15as-133cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought an HP Envy 15as-133cl. I've been able to print w/o problem to my Epson XP-410 (all in one), but I cannot scan to the PC. Is there a remedy? It says that the printer/scanner cannot communicate with the computer.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

 

Good to hear you are able to print to Epson printer.  However, Scan to Computer is dependent on whether the printer has that feature.

 

Would suggest that you try to ask the good folks at Epson for help or to check the specs of the Epson printer if it supports the feature.
