HP deskjet d2360 continuous power blinking light. does feed but not print.

After I have printed numerous pages, after having a paper jam and paper removed manually the printer suddenly just kept its power button light continuously blinking ang only turns off when plug is removed from outlet. 

Deskjet D2360 MODEL VCVRA 0502. I did not have any issues before with software or drivers. I am using WIN 7 and when I check printer devices from control panel, it shows as default printer and upon printing, it does not print after feeding only halfway and the print task only shows printing but does not actually prints.

It then shows offline as well.

Physically, everything is good. No paper jams and rollers are clean though my cartridge is not full.  I also belive it is not my cartridge which is the issue since if the cartridge is low it would show an alert on my pc.

How can the blinking stop and printing proceed.

I saw your post about your Deskjet D2360 printer jamming paper and the power light blinking. I understand you have done some troubleshooting steps however, I would like you to check the guide below for this issue. If there are steps you have not tried, please give them a try.
