Hello

i wanted to ask that why HP smart app ask for sign in every time I try to use it?

I can understand that sign in provides both, me and HP, with customised experience. But it is annoying to put an extra step before we can have what we want, “Prints”…..

keep in mind that the applications now does not let us choose simple passwords. It is not easy to remember capital and small alphabets, number and special characters combinations. I have to write the passwords down. And it is extremely annoying when I need to send a one page print, I am in hurry and I have to find my password first. It makes a one minute job into a 5 to 8 minute issue.

simply putting kindly put a small box of “keep me signed in” for us to check and get the hell out of this stupidity of sign in first every time.
