Product: Office JetPro6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am not sure which version of Windows 10 I have.

 

I just tried printing from my HP Office Jet Pro 6830 & I get the message "Problem with printhead Oxc19a0041". I've no idea what this means & I had no look trying to find an answer on the HP site.

 

Your help is appreciated. Thank You

Unfortunately the printhead is non replaceable so you'll have to get the actual printer replaced.
