How can I scan multiple pages into one pdf file HP 8630

HP Recommended
HP 8630
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I try to scan a 7 page document to email, using the "Scan" program, it opens on the computer as individual documents.  I cannot save them as one document...

Hi,

Please try

Double click printer icon on desktop,
Select Scan a Document or Photo,
Put the first page on the glass (face down),
Check options (size, dpi ...), and select Scan document to file,
Click Scan - machine will scan the first page
Remove the first page on the glass, put the second page,
Click + (plus sign) It sits on the left hand side of a red x
Machine will scan the second page, put 3rd page on the glass and click + again ..... to the end then click Save
  Click Done after Save

Regards.

Hi @Steve1989,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-officejet-pro-8630-e-all-in-one-printer-series/53...

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

The following resources would help you on your scanning:
