Log into ePrinterCenter and you can remove them from there

I was an HP employee

Hi Fran,

The ePrintCenter website may be undergoing standard maintenance or an upgrade, which can cause it to take a bit longer than usual when processing your requests.

If you are trying to stop the Scheduled Delivery of an app, you can also touch the app in the printer's front panel Apps menu and choose the "Pause" option.  this will suspend the app's Scheduled Delivery indefinitely.

If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

thanks for your suggestion, but it didn't work. I didn't see a pause on the printer control panel.

@Fran Meyers
To pause a print app you would have to go to that specific app and pause it. For instance if you where subscribed to a crossword puzzle that printed everyday then you would have to go on your printer find apps then find the crossword app and then select it then you will see option to pause the app.

Hope this helps.
