Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Trying to get in touch with a live person at HP support. Like chasing a ghost.

 

My printer is showing I'm out of yellow ink, and I bought a tri pack, and the other two are fine.

 

Ridiculous I get shut down because of this error nonsense, and I can't find a chat or phone number anywhere.

To contact HP directly, click this link: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/support.html

 

You'll have to fill out a form, get a case number, and eventually a page will open with Chat options and a phone number.
