800-474-6836 JUST TELLS ME TO GO TO WEBPAGE. wEBPAGE TELLS ME TO CALL 800-474-6836.  dONT YOU KNOW YOU  ARE PISSING OFF CUSTOMERS BYB THE THOUDSADS EVERY MINUTE.

 

i HAVE AN EXPENSIVE PRINTER THAT i CANNOT USE. AND hp IS USLESS.  iT IS CLEAR THAT ALL YOU ARE YRTING TO DO IS SELL A NEW PRINTER.  hp SUCKS.

THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IS USELESS. I BOUGHT MY HP LAPTOP COMPUTER FROM BEST BUY AND PAID FOR 2 YEAR TECH SUPPORT THAT I CAN NOT REACH BECAUSE HP DOESN'T SEEM TO GIVE A S**T ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, WHICH I WILL NEVER BE AGAIN. F HP!
