HP Photosmart C5580 All-In-One
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had no problem initially, even after upgrading to Windows 10, but the software to support printing on printable media no longer is accessible.  I deleted everything HP and re-installed the printer with their latest software/drivers but no luck.  I tried to install as though it was still under XP and that didn't work, either.

Have your uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers, after upgrading to Windows 10. Kindly download the full feature software from the following link, after uninstalling the existing printer drivers from your computer :

Kindly select the 32-bit or 64-bit, as appropriate, from the dropdown menu.

Hope this helps!
