Hi

If you are still having problems with this I have just found the solution. I had exactly the same problem and found that Excel changes the format of the entry. The entries in the address book should look like this:

"1","Bearing & Power Transmission Co.","01165 445101","False"

"2","Bosch Rexroth Ltd","01480 216334","False"

However, when you edit it in Excel the format has been changed to this:

1,Bearing & Power Transmission Co.,01165 445101,False

2,Bosch Rexroth Ltd,01480 216334,False

So I now do it via notepad and manually adjust the address entry number

I guess when Excel saves to CSV, it removes the quotes thinking they aren't needed unless embedded commas.

You edit single entries or after Excel has mangled it?

If the latter, a better editor (VIM) can make most changes using patterns in about 3 commands.
