Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am having trouble printing from iphone to my printer.  I can print once and then when I try to print another item nothing happens.  The only way I can print from my phone again is to restart routers and phone.  I have an iphone 6, running windows 7 64 bit.  It worked not problem before I did the following: Had to reinstall printer software multiple times and force upgrade the firmware to get web apps and I recently got a new router with a booster.  The printer is plugged in via ethernet cable to the booster now when before it was just to the one router.  I have the new FIOS quantum router.  It doesn't seem to be a booster/ router issue because it works once from the iphone through the booster and then the second document fails.  I turned off the router and boosters, unplugged, the printer, shut down phone and restarted and still having the same issue.  I also tested if this same thing happened when the printer was connected to the router via ethernet and it happened as well.  I can't connect the printer wirelessly because it is asking for WPA set up and I can't enter the router's preprogrammed password.  This issue was happening before I updated the firmware.  I don't believe a wireless connection will help me anyway and I want the printer connected to the network.  Any ideas would be most appreciated.  At my wits end with this printer and the stupid issues for what should be simple.  I refuse to HP $99 to help fix this issue because I might as well buy another printer.

Hi! @mnichols1, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have issues printing from iPhone to your printer.

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

Are you using any application to print from your iPhone?

Have you updated the iPhone to the latest version of IOS?

Download and install HP AIO app on your iPhone with the HP All-in-One (AiO) Printer Remote app, you can set up your printer on a wireless network. You can also print, scan, and troubleshoot printer issues.

Refer this article to know more information about using HP AIO app.

Also, refer this article to know how to find the wireless WEP, WPA, WPA2 Password.

Let me know if this works!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
