Product: Officejet 6500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

This printer has beeen sitting idle for a month or 2 and it will not print black.  Colors print well.  Brand new OEM HP920XL cartridge. The 'Clean Printhead' procedure, even when both cleaning levels are run, has no effect.  I'd be most appreciative if anyone could help.  THANKS!
