Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Just received and set up my new printer.  Connected to woreless and signed up for instantink.  Cannot get the printer to print more than a single copy at a time no matter what i put in the copies block

I understand you have issues printing multiple copies from your printer.

 

Don't worry I'd love to help you out.

 

Did you make any changes to your printer?

 

Please try the steps recommended below.

 

Make sure the "Spool print documents..." is selected in the Printer properties/Advanced check if you are able to make copies.

 

If the issue still persists try updating printer firmware and check if it helps.
