Printer worked.  HP did a softwear up grade.  I didn't ask for this but it happened.

Now printer says it is out of ink.

 The ink is still more than half full.

 I've turned the printer off for five min.

I've taken the Ink out and replaced it.

I've writen to and taked to HP. Printer is out of warranty.   HP tells me  "they are  sorry it' out of warranty".

This is about two years old. I"m  not a business, it has litle use.

What a crazy wast of money this has been.

 HP sent softwear to kill my printer and they are sorry.

 It is I  that am sorry.

@Gapedo

Hi!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum
