HP Recommended

I have tried all the steps listed in the forums.  Resetting power, unplugging all cords, etc.  I have even downloaded latest driver.  I am still receiving the above error.  Now the printer will not even go into an idle state, just the flashing lights on the printer with the error code # and reset power.  I am about ready to buy a new non HP printer.  Please help me!
