HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color MFP
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a user with a LaserJet Pro 400 Color MFP M475dw and M475dn, both networked printers.

When using HP Scan, I see see two printer options but no matter which is selected, it always scans from the same printer.

The printers use the same driver and I've tried clean installs of the software multiple times with no change, even when changing the printers name's. I can print to them seperately with no problem.

How can I tell HP Scan to differentiate between the two printers?

Thanks but this did not help.  Still can only scan from one printer even with 2 options in HP Scan.
