Hey boojeebeads!

I would be happy to help! I need a little bit of information though as the error you're getting is a fairly specific one. What kind of device are you trying to send the email from? (iPhone, Android, PC, Mac, etc.) What is the domain of the email service you are using (yahoo, gmail, comcast, etc.)? What are you trying to send, is it just text, pictures, pdf, etc?

If you let me know, I'll get back to you asap with some stept we can take to resolve the issue!

If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!

Although I work for HP, my posts and replies are my own opinion and not those of HP.

There seems to be a problem at HP. Most emails sent to my hpeprint.com email address are not getting through. I am no longer receiving emails from ebay or paypal. They have been sent but rejected by HP. All has been fine for the last 6 months now it has suddenly stopped working

In the past it usually meant the email address was one that the error filters didn’t recognize. However, with the servers in this state at this point in time we are seeing a spike in this error and it is occurring on addresses that formerly worked just fine.  I will continue to work with the Web Services team on this issue.

For those who are experiencing ongoing issues with their web services, you can attempt to try the following steps that may help resolve your problems.
1.) Completely shut down your printer and restart it
2.) If you have prints that have not printed, log into ePrint Center (or create an account if you do not have one) and then look for your printer status. If printer status is green but you still have pending jobs, delete the pending jobs one at a time (Starting with the oldest first). There may be a print job stuck in the queue that further restricts other jobs from completing.
a. If option 1 or 2 above still doesn’t work, removing web services and re-adding web services will cause the printer to reattach to the cloud.
b. Please note that if you attempt option 3, you will get a new eprint email address (and lose your custom one with no ability to get it back) furthermore, you will need to re-add your printer back to your ePC account.
