Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Hi,

 

I inserted brand new Black 63XL cartridge (the old color cartridge is still good) and it keeps telling me that it is incompatable.

I shot down the printer and disconnected the USB, but no help.

This cartridge was purchased in morning at BJ's Boynton Beach, Fl.
