Resolve Windows 10 related issues for your HP computers or printers by HP Windows 10 Support Center
Although I can print from my laptop, I can't scan. When I attempt to use HP Scan and Capture, I get an error message that it can't find my printer/device. I did swap out my modem recently and was able to scan with my old modem. Thoughts?
It may help much to know which printer you are using.
I assume it is connected wirelessly?
Have you insalled any drivers for your AIO Device?
Thanks. I was able to scan after I unintalled and reinstalled the printer.
