downloaded pictures on to computer from camera, received error message that the ijl15.dll was needed

downloaded pictures from camera, now I cannot find them.  Received error message that I needed ijl15.dll.  I also cannot find any of my photos from the past.  Need help finding photos!

  • What is the product number and the model of your PC?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • Have you performed any troubleshooting steps before posting?
