After installing Win 10 i keep getting an erroneous warning message: "The document has been configured for two-sided printing but the module is not installed in the device. The document will be printed one-sided."
However, the module is installed and the document prints two sided. I installed the latest driver for Win 10, reinstalled the module, ran error diagnostics but the message keeps appearing. It is just an anoyance but I would like to get rid of it.

Hi @NWfella,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I see you keep getting a pop up error message on your Windows 10 Computer "The document has been configured for two-sided printing but the module is not installed in the device. The document will be printed one-sided." You are able to print two sided with no problems.
I would first like you to run the HP Print and Scan Doctor > www.hp.com/go/tools
-- It was designed by HP to provide users with the troubleshooting and problem solving features needed to resolve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan products connected to Windows-based computers.
What does the PSDR find? When you upgraded to the Windows 10 Operating system did you update the software and drivers as well?
Let me know the outcome, I will watch for your reply.

The PSDR shows no problems and I updated the software and driver after upgrading to Win 10. I also get the error message when printing a single sheet.

Followed the instructions but did not find the v1.0 driver update. The only one listed was a version released on Dec 6th. I installed that version but the error persists even though I restarted my computer and the printer.
