hi , I purchased a new toner cartridge, but after installing this message appears on the screen printer
Add black toner cartridge.

Attention !
                       -The cartridge not genuine (HP 26A Black LaserJet Toner Cartridge).

                       -Printer Laserjet Pro 402n

Is the toner a genuine hp 26A or some aftermarket toner. If genuine hp 26A that came in a black and white hp box, return to place of purchase for refund or exchange. If not from hp then you are at the mercy of the vendor. There is a chip on the toner that is read by the printer and since that chip is expensive the vendor probably did not include it.
