I use the scan to computer option a lot, lately each time I go to scan in a new document I get a message that appears that states "HP Scan Application is in use with another user or program, please wait until that task is completed and try again."  I have gone into my HP settings and tried seeing what is pending, or what it is trying to do, and it does not show anything in progress.  I have tried rebooting the printer to see if it would cancel all jobs, and each time I boot it back up and try scanning again I get the same message.  How do I get around this, or figure out what the system is pending on?
