Product: office jet 250
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp smart program opens then closes when choosing scan option using windows 10. hp smart program will come up but when i choose the scan option, it closes the whole hp smart program. tried to uninstall and then reinstall hp smart program but still didnt work. also tried to unistall and reinstall printer but that didnt work either. the hp smart program recognizes the printer and i can print but when i choose scan option it will close program.
