Product: HP 4365
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

There's a print job that keeps saying it's deleting and when you right click to resume, restart or cancel, it won't do any of the above and we can't print anything at all. I've cleaned it, opened to look at the cartridges and nothing is happening.

Try / Consider:

Stop Print Service > Clear the print folder > Restart Print services

 

Dragon Document - Help, suggestions, and examples

Cancel Print Jobs in the Printer Queue

 

  • Stop Print Spooler Service
  • Remove files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  • Start Print Spooler Service
