hp limited edition 3636
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp limited edition desk jet 3636 nwill not recognize a new hp black ink cartridge.  I did all the cleaning, unplugging/plugging back in, etc.  Still shows "empty" on the black ink.  Any suggestions?  It printed fine until I had to replace the cartridge.  The cartridge is good until April 2018.

Going through your post, I see that you are having issues with the black cartridge on your HP Deskjet printer.

Did you try all the steps listed here: http://hp.care/2r9QBew

 

If the issue persists, then the issue could be with the printer cartridge. I’d suggest you contact the store or HP phone support to get the cartridge replaced.
