Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.
I understand that you have an HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer - G510 and need the Win10 compatible fax driver.
This link will provide you the full featured printer drivers which would have the fax drivers inbuilt into them: http://hp.care/2ig9x6w
NOTE: please select your operating system and click on change. This will give you the correct drivers.
