Printer working fine, all of a sudden it says I'm out of ink/toner and won't print ONE Fedex shipping label. (It actually printed one, but I had to correct some text and now its suddenly won't print another one). The ink levels are 10% for all colors but 60% for black. I never print color, I'd be happy with a black-only printer actually. Here's an image of what I have. Is it refusing to print only in black only (which I have set up in the Printer Setup dialog box anyway), because the colors are too low? If yes, is there any way to make it ignore the color levels? I have cleaned the heads, checked all the diagnostics, and it actually prints diagnostic pages in black only! I hate color tanks so I can print in black only (so why not my label?). Is there a printer (not laser) that prints in black ink only? Please let me know.TIA   (Note, I attached a JPG image of the ink levels, but its not showing).
