Hi,

I recently replaced my Black Ink cartridge (with HP brand) and I can no longer print black -colors work but no black but here is the catch -Copy/Print works fine for BOTH Black and Color.

I've tried the following steps to fix;

 --tested from 2 different computers (Windows 10 & Windows 7)...both worked fine prior to replacing the cartridges

 --removed printer from both and re-installed being sure to use current drivers

 --reset printer to factory defaults

 --use direct cable to Windows 10 (USB, disabled wireless on printer)

 --updated firmware to latest (MCP2CN2025AR)

 --printed test pages direct from Web Interface

 --printed Reports from Management Console

 --cleaned Printing heads (bought kit online)

 --Cleaned Print heads multiple times

 --purchased 2nd set of cartridges and replaced ALL (including color)..status shows ALL of them full

Again, all of the above does NOT print Black -only color.  If I use the Copy function direct from the Console, it works fine -both black and color so I know the black CAN print.  I'm out of ideas though so and help would be appreciated.

Thank-you,

-KC
