My OfficeJet Pro 7740 (product G5J38A) has a blue screen with what looks like a watch (wait icon?) and "B82F692C" showing.
The Event Log Report shows:
error code: 0xb82f692c
host ID: 2
File Name: "SOL:FAULT 0x002f692c@0x00000014"
Since it's out of warranty, HP offers absolutely no support other than inviting me to spend $99.99 to ask a real person what the error code means.
Does anyone know what the error means, and perhaps what I can do to fix the printer?
