Product: M454dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have this printer M454dw and I have paper loaded in Tray 2 yet the printer says all trays empty, load paper.

I pulled out the tray, remove all paper, double checked the size is letter and fanned the paper.  Put back in and it asks me what size paper and I tell it letter and then it gives the error to load paper.   I have also powered it off, let it sit without power for 5 minutes and powered it back on.

Tray 1 works fine and when I have paper in tray 1, it sees paper in it.

 

Any ideas?
