Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Forum, hope you can help...

Mother-in-Law has a OfficeJet 8012 that will not longer boot/startup correctly.

Story goes the printer was in the process of doing a auto firmware update and it was switched off as took too long. Since then I have not been able to get the printer to boot/startup correctly.

I managed once to access the panel interface and connect to my WiFi and attempt a new firmware update, but update failed.

I am now only getting either a text HP with a loading bar that nevers stops loading, or the following error code (which I cannot find anything against) 0XB84D083C on the display panel.

Web interface no longer working as printer no longer connecting to WiFi. USB port connects but when I try HP Doctor and HP Firmware Update Utilities, both fail!!

Printer is just over a year old so no more warranty. Would like to get it working if anyone has any ideas???

Thanks in Advance
