I need to figure out how to put a new password on my phone (hp) I can't remember the old one. I've got the password to log into my internet and also onto the website but can't figure out after hrs of messing around on this stupid virtual agent how to put a new pw on my phone wifi on the hp

What phone do you have? I am not aware of an HP  phone being produced for quite a long time. The last being the Elite which was a Windows based phone which pretty much became obsolete when Microsoft killed Windows Phone.
