My HP phone app blocks word docs from opening.  I have an email with a word document but the app blocks me from opening the doc. I tried to delete THE HP app but it says it must be installed but it won't open the document.  The HP app prevents me from opening documents on my Samsung smart phone.  HELP PLEASE
