My samsung xpress c480w printer have an firmware isue that print 20 scheets every naight witch one line text Cookie: mstshash=aministrator.

How to get an new firmware or an clean firmware to solve this problem

Firmware is available for download from HP only for Windows users. You can turn your printer OFF during the night.
