ho una stampante multifunzione samsung scx 6345n, funzionava perfettamente con win 8.1, con win 10 lo scanner non veniva riconosciuto ne usb ne in rete, navigando in rete ho trovato chi ha risolto aggiornando il firmware.
sono andato sul sito hp nella sezione download dedicata alla scx 6345 ed ho scaricato il firmware.
installato nella stampante..... ORA E BLOCCATA.....
qualcuno ha avuto stesso prob e mi puo indicare come risolvere?

Product: Samsung Scx 6345n Operating system: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32 bit) I have a samsung scx 6345n multifunction printer, it worked perfectly with win 8.1, with win 10 the scanner is not recognized neither usb nor on the network, surfing the net I found who solved by updating the firmware. I went to the hp site in the download section dedicated to the scx 6345 and downloaded the firmware. installed in the printer ..... NOW IS LOCKED ..... has anyone had same prob and can you tell me how to fix it?
