HO OfficeJet Pro 9015e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having installed this printer, I am able to print from the computers on my wireless network, and initiate a scan to computer from the printer console, or initiate a scan from my computer. When I initiated a scan to computer from the printer console, it would give me the option of which computer to scan to, and whether to save in a pdf file or an image file (jpg, I think). That didn't last long.

While I can still print or initiate a scan from my computer, I can no longer initiate a scan to computer from the printer console. In addition, in the system tray of my computer, there is a message that "Scan to Computer is currently unavailable".

I have run Scan Doctor, to no avail. I have reinstalled the printer, but the problem persists. I have added the printer MAC address to the Trust list in my Norton 360 firewall.

This seems to be a persistent problem with every HP printer I have ever owned.
