Product: HP ScanJet 4850
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just trying to contact support in where I can get a replacement part for a HP ScanJet 4850. The normal scanning works just fine, however the top light fixture behind the TMA for scanning negative strips and slides does not work. Please find attached two images containing the Light bar in question after taking the lid apart. Your assistance would be very appreciated, Thank you.
