Product: ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1

Brand new scanner needing to be used to scan to network folders.  Scan jobs make it to the folder but every file has 0 bites of data?  Any thoughts as to why the scans don't have the scanned image.  Same problem if use dpf or jpeg.
