Hello,

 

I am assisting in resolving deadlock issues in HP OpenView software application.

 

A typical error message that I get are one of the following two.

 

Error #1:

 

JDBC error: msg=[DB_server\Instance]Transaction (Process ID 115) was deadlocked on loc resources with another process and has been choosen as the deadlock  victim. Rerun the transaction., code=1205, SQL state=40000,
