Hi @RejiGeorge,
Welcome to the HP Forums!
It is an awesome site to find answers and suggestions!
For you to have the best experience in the HP forum I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide.
How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number?
I grasp that after upgrading to Windows 10 that you are unable to select or deselect the beats audio. You have tried to update the drivers but the system is up to date.
To search for the recommended drivers for your system, I will need to know your exact model of HP notebook and not just the series.
Have you ran the Windows troubleshooter?
Have you done all your Windows updates?
Have you ran the HP Support Assistant ?
You can also go to the HP Drivers & Downloads and use the "Detect my Product" option and it will automatically detect your model and provide a list of recommendations.
Thank you for participating in the HP Forums! We want to help you as well as others who may experience a similar issue as you. Please consider marking the post that resolves your issue as "Accept as Solution" to help other community members!
To show appreciation for my efforts kindly click the Thumbs Up icon below.
Good Luck!

Hi @RejiGeorge,
Thank you for the update and the requested information.
When I checked the software and driver page for your notebook, I noted that HP has not posted updated drivers for your notebook. This tells us that HP has not tested Windows 10 on this particular model and the outcome is unknown. This does not mean it will not work but HP does not guarantee that the Windows 10 drivers will work.
HP ENVY Sleekbook 4-1100se Software and Drivers
Here is a link to HP Products - Where Do I Find Windows 10 Drivers and Software for My Model? that may also be of aid.
Should the issue remain you can try installing the Windows 8 audio driver in compatability mode to try and resolve this issue.
Here is a link to assist you with that process. Compatibility Mode (from windows10forums)
Please let me know the outcome.
To say thanks for responding please click the thumbs up button below.
Best of Luck!

Hi @RejiGeorge,
Thank you for your response.
I grasp that installing the original driver in compatibility mode did not help.
I see that you also have an issue with your Bluetooth connectivity.
You can try these steps to see if it will help.
Reset Bluetooth Windows 10
Next try these steps.
Step 1. Go to device manager and click on Bluetooth to expand the list.
Step 2. Right click on "Bluetooth Peripheral Device" that you want.
Step 3. Select "Update Driver Software..."
Step 4. Choose "Browse my computer for driver software".
Step 5. Choose "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer".
Step 6. Select "Ports (COM & LPT)".
Step 7. Select "Microsoft" at "Manufacturer" list.
Step 8. Finally select "Standard Serial over Bluetooth link".
While you are in Device Manager right click on your Bluetooth device and choose properties
Click the power management tab.
If allow this computer to turn off this device to save power is checked please remove it and click apply.
If you are still unable to pair with a Bluetooth device try the following:
Step 1.Type" change device" into Cortana
Step 2. Click on where it says Change device installation settings.
Step 3. Select the No, let me choose what to do option.
Step 4. Check the automatically get the device app option.
Step 5. Click Save changes to save the settings you just chose.
As well you can try this
Step 1: Go to Cortana and type “services.msc” and press Enter
Step 2: Now find “Bluetooth Support Service” and double click on it ( on the general tab you can change it startup automatically if you like)
Step 3: Now click on Log On Tab and Type in "Local Service" without quotes if it is not already showing.
Step 4: Now remove any passwords leave the password field blank.
Step 5: Click apply in the lower left corner.
Step 6: Click the recovery tab and ensure it is set to restart the service after the first and second failure and change it if necessaries and click apply.
Please keep me updated.
Hope this helped.

Hi @RejiGeorge,
Thank you for the update.
You stated that you do not have Bluetooth listed in Device Manager.
Try deleting the network adapters and then scanning for hardware changes.
Is Bluetooth listed now?
If you try to install the Bluetooth driver do you get an error message?
Please keep me updated.
Good Luck!
