Save your file.
I'm updating my first post since I also found that you also need to edit ProductCatalog.xml. Here is what you need to search and replace in ProductCatalog.xml
Search for &#38;#60; replace with <
Search for &#34; and replace with "
When HP is done with the fix I suggest you delete the catalog described here: /t5/HP-SoftPaq-Download-Manager/FAQ-06-Resetting-the-SDM-Catalog/td-p/1055658. And let SDM download the fixed catalog.

Thanks for posting this quick fix, mr_Klintan.We are in the process of building and publishing a new catalog with a fix.
Catalog is fixed. Please launch SDM to dowload.
